Health & Safety: Is it safe to shop on the website?

Our webshop operates in accordance with the guidelines of the World Health Organization and competent authorities to ensure continuous compliance with hygiene and health and safety standards.

Delayed Delivery: Can I expect shipping delays on my ordered items?

Due to the current situation, delivery times may change compared to the normal schedule.

You will be sent an automatic confirmation email containing the details of your order, once it has been collected from the web store by the courier.

Please do not delete your received confirmation e-mail until your order has been successfully completed.

Refunds: When am I eligible for a refund?

Recent events may also affect refunds. As soon as we have accepted the returned product and refunded the amount, you will be sent a confirmation email.

In case of payment by card, your refund will be made to the bank card used for payment.

As soon as the returned goods arrive at our warehouse, we will notify you via e-mail to confirm the arrival of your package.

Any returned items will be refunded via your original payment method, with deducted shipping costs. The costs of the items paid by card are typically refunded to your card, and in the case of your order being paid in cash upon arrival, you must provide your bank details for the refund process.

To enter your bank account details, please log in to your profile at, followed by My Account -> Card and Payment Details once you have completed your purchase.

In order for your refund to be processed, please note the following:

  • The used bank account and the BudapestSelect account (registered name) must be under the same name
  • We only support transfers to Hungarian bank accounts

All refunds are made in HUF.
